Description
Bramha Farm Cooperatives’ Yellow Moong Dal is cultivated by small farmers using natural farming methods, free from pesticides and synthetic chemicals.
After harvesting, the moong beans are sun-dried naturally, then gently stone-dehusked instead of machine polishing. The dal is hand-sorted, cleaned in small batches, and packed without chemical whitening or preservatives—preserving fiber, protein, and authentic flavor.
This slow, manual process ensures better digestion, earthy aroma, and higher nutrition.
