After harvesting, the arhar pods are sun-dried naturally in open farm spaces, allowing moisture to reduce slowly without artificial heat. The dried grains are then traditionally stone-dehusked, not machine-polished, which helps retain natural fiber, minerals, and original color.

Each batch is hand-sorted and cleaned to remove broken grains and impurities. No chemical polishing, no artificial color, and no preservatives are used at any stage. The dal is packed in small batches to preserve freshness and purity.

This slow, manual process results in better digestion, richer aroma, and authentic home-style taste.
